  • Easily attach the battery-operated spout and the spinning gear to the side of the tub using the suction cups, making sure the spout’s blue pump is submerged in the bath water.

  • Designed especially for small hands, allow your child to press on the large, silly-eyed diver button to start the flow of water for hours of fun in the tub.

  • Match shapes and sort colors as you fit the different gears into the correct place.

  • Position the spinning gear under the spout and watch how the water sets the wheels in motion and twirls the googly eyes, putting physics into play. The gears float in the tub water making it easier to play.

  • Place each of the three bath tumblers under the stream to experience their different straining and spraying effects.

  • Watch the water spin the propeller and try to stop it with your finger.

  • Place the float in the tumbler and fill it with water for a silly and wet game of peek-a-boo.

  • Stack the tumblers in the spout’s swivel arm and watch as the water runs through them all.

  • Block the water stream with your finger and prepare to get wet as the crazy sprinkler begins squirting water.

  • Let your child fill and spill water into the bath and on their body.

  • Store the tumblers on the swivel arm to dry up and get ready for another exciting bath tomorrow…

Yes. The spout upholds the most stringent safety standards (ASTM, EN71, ect’) and is IPX7 waterproof certified, ensuring the utmost safety in using battery-operated products when immersed in water. Still, please follow these guidelines to ensure optimal safe use of the product:

    • 1. Use 3 X AA batteries only.

    • 2. WARNNING: don’t use rechargeable batteries.

    • 3. Use quality batteries of a known brand.

    • 4. Make sure the battery compartment is tightly sealed after every time you change the batteries.

  • Is this product BPA free?

Yes, this product is BPA free.

  • What age is this product for?

This product is recommended for children ages 9-36 months. No matter what their age, you should never leave a child unattended in the bathroom or bathtub.

  • How do I operate the Spin ‘N’ Sort Spout Pro for the first time?

Before you can start enjoying your new spout, batteries must be inserted. We strongly recommend using new, good quality batteries to ensure optimal operation over time.

  • What types of batteries are needed to operate the product?

3 X AA batteries (not included) of good quality and a known brand are needed. WARNNING: don’t use rechargeable batteries.

  • Where is the battery compartment located on the Spin ‘N’ Sort Spout Pro?

The battery compartment is located on the back of the spout unit.

  • How do I insert batteries?

Before inserting batteries, ensure the product is dried thoroughly! To insert batteries, unscrew the battery compartment cover (located on the back of the spout unit) with a Phillips Head screwdriver. Insert 3 X 1.5V AA (LR6) batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment cover and screw firmly into position. Attention! Before putting the spout in the water, make sure the battery compartment is tightly sealed.

  • I inserted batteries but the toy is still not working. What can I do?

Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. First, dry off the product thoroughly, then follow the above instructions to verify correct polarity (+/-) insertion for each battery, and proper sealing of the battery compartment. Try operating the product once more. If it still doesn’t work, try using new batteries and clean the propeller and filter, as described below. If that too doesn’t get the water flowing, please contact our customer support center.

  • How do I fix the Spin ‘N’ Sort Spout Pro to the bathtub?

Use the suction cups located on the back of the spout to fix it into place. Simply wet the suction cups and attach them to the side of the bathtub, keeping the lower suction cup as close to the bottom of the tub as possible.

Yes. The gears detach, transforming the gear into a toy sorter that teaches kids to sort shapes and colors.

  • What is the required water level to operate the toy?

In order to operate the spout, make sure that the water level is such that the blue pump unit is fully submerged in the water.

  • How do I start the water flow?

To start the flow of water, press on the orange diver’s mask located on the red part of the spout unit and wait for a couple of seconds.

  • What effects do the cups create in the water?

    • 1. Create a shower.

    • 2. Spin the propeller.

    • 3. Watch the peek-a-boo friend float to the top.

  • Can the gears be purchased separately?

Yes, the Yookidoo Spin ‘N’ Sort Water Gear provides the gears only.

  • What should I do if I notice mold developing from the spout head?

It is recommended to properly rinse, drain, and dry out the product after every use. Use the cup dispenser to ensure dry and mold-free storage of the tumblers. Unless you do that, Yookidoo® bath toys will need a good cleaning every two weeks or so in order to remain mold-free. When a thorough cleaning is required, fill up a bucket with water and add in some vinegar. Let the spout soak in the vinegar water for around 20 minutes, then activate it a few times to circulate the water through it. Repeat this step with clean water to wash out the vinegar. Rinse the spout off and dry using a paper or cloth towel.

  • How do I clean the filter?

Unscrew the filter (located on the side of the blue pump unit) and pull it out. Wash with soap and water until the filter mesh is clean. Make sure the inner propeller is also clean and spins freely. Reposition the filter and screw firmly into place.

  • How often should I clean the filter?

The filter should be cleaned every time the batteries are replaced or if the stream of water is too slow.

  • The Spin ‘N’ Sort Spout Pro stopped working. What do I do?

The product may stop working when the propeller or filter are blocked by dirt, hair, or soap. In order to fix this, unscrew the filter and pull it out. Wash with soap and water, ensuring that the filter mesh is completely clean. Make sure the propeller rotates freely. If it does not, try to release the clog with a screwdriver, until it rotates freely again. Reinsert filter and screw into place.
